WC, Changing Rooms, and Parking

The WC and changing rooms are located in the Koteng Arena, under the wooden balcony.

Parking is available in the lot on the south side of Lade hallen, along Haakon VIIs gate, across from 3T Lade treningsenter. Use the access road that connects Lade alle to Haakon VIIs gate on the east side of Lade hallen.

Convenient bus stops include Lade indrettsanlegg (#2 and #15 bus lines) and Jørgen B. Lysholms vei (#13, 20, and 54 bus lines) with connections from either Sentrum or the Strindheim hub.
